This is a welcoming holiday house 115m2 set upon a 4750m2 large natural setting, in between the sea and a fjord. It sleeps 6 people.
 
The house was built in 1990 and restored in 1998. It has been futher modernised in 2010 with a new luxury bathroom with spa and sauna.

There is a lovely large terrace with south and southwest views and the opportunity to see animals in thier natural setting, The garden contains outside furniture and a Weber barbeque.

Decor: Comfortable living room and kitchen with wooden floor, wood-fired oven and doors opening to the south-facing terrace. All the bedrooms  and the front entrance are carpetted. Two bedrooms have double beds and the third bedroom contains a bunk bed. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the large newly built bathroom with shower, spa and sauna and under-floor heating.

Contents: Spa bath, Sauna, TV, (with Danish and German channels) DVD, Radio/CD player, Wood-fired heater, Washing machine, Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave oven, Coffee-maker, Wi-Fi internet, Solar panels and electric for heating.

Garden Furniture includes 2 sets of table and chairs, 2 sunbeds, a Weber barbeque and Petanque game (outdoor bowling).

 

Rent is from Saturday to Saturday, minimum one week.
